We want you to love every piece you purchase from Ella Ivy – Pontotoc. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your merchandise for shipped customers or 14 days of order date for local pick-up orders.
- Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only.
- Monetary refunds are not issued.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.
- Jewelry and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Store credit will be issued once the return is received and approved. Ella Ivy – Pontotoc reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
